See It Be It (SIBI), a Cannes Lions talent programme dedicated to driving gender equality in the creative industry arrives in India on 14 November, in collaboration with Indian Creative Women (ICW) and Manifest, in association with Snowball Studios.
Founded by Lions in 2014, See It Be It works to achieve equal gender representation among senior creative leaders across the global industry. Each year at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in the South of France, the programme empowers a cohort of women and non-binary creatives with the connections, mentorship and tools to help advance their careers and leadership journeys.
On 14 November, Indian creatives can participate in a day-long SIBI Connect event featuring international and Indian experts, gaining mentorship, networking opportunities, and actionable insights to help advance their careers in the creative industry.
Partners for the first edition of the event include First December Films, Kulfi Collective, Schbang and White Rivers Media.
The beverage partners for the event are Amstel, Jack Daniel's, Kingfisher and Nandan Coffee, while the snacking partner is Baker's Dozen.
