Value 360 Communications is entering the AI-powered content space through a partnership with filmmaker and AI storytelling specialist Vivek Anchalia.
This development comes at a time when the company prepares to file its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) this month ahead of a proposed IPO on the SME Exchange.
The new venture will establish an AI-powered creative studio that combines generative AI technology with expertise in storytelling, brand strategy, and large-scale content production.
It is aimed at offering brands and marketers a solution for producing high-volume, personalised, and cost-effective campaigns across digital and traditional media.
Anchalia, is known for his work in AI-driven filmmaking—including India’s first AI-generated feature film Naisha which brings creative and technological experience to the initiative. His background includes directing and co-writing projects for platforms like Netflix and JioHotstar, positioning him at the intersection of narrative and innovation.
The studio is expected to integrate with Value 360’s wider ecosystem of media, influencer, and digital services, enhancing its existing PR and communications offerings.
The move supports the company’s broader strategy to evolve into a multi-disciplinary marketing services platform, in line with global shifts that increasingly connect content, data, and technology.
As the DRHP filing approaches, the launch of the AI studio signals Value 360’s intent to emphasise innovation-led growth and long-term diversification as it prepares for the public markets.
