Policybazzar has rolled out a campaign ‘Bimari Ke Time Sirf Health Insurance Kaam Aata Hai’ (only health insurance is useful at the time of illness), to showcase its claims assistance assurance during the time of a health crisis.
The campaign, told through six ad films, captures the real voices of people who have faced medical emergencies or lost loved ones - reminding its consumers that insurance isn’t just financial support, but a promise kept when it matters most. Like in one of the films, a 3-year-old Akshar, whose sudden hospitalisation was swiftly managed by Policybazaar’s claims team. Or 62-year-old Mrs Mangala, whose daughter Gauri recalls the peace of mind they found during her mother’s kidney surgery. In another film, the narrator shares that a patient, Pankaj Kumar had to be hospitalised seven times, yet each time, his high-value claims were handled efficiently. Then there was Murali D S, who shared how, over his father’s three-year cancer battle, Policybazaar helped his family claim over INR 1 crore.
The films also touch on the emotional weight of term life insurance - for instance, Dhiraj Arora, now a single parent, explains how his late wife’s policy secured their son’s future. And Shweta Kumari recounts how claim support after her husband’s passing helped her keep their children’s dreams alive.
