Flipkart's 'Kuch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai!' campaign.

Flipkart has rolled out a campaign 'Kuch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai!' (anything can happen), to spotlight its Big Billion Days offerings.

The campaign consists of an ad film.

The film opens in an office, where a corporate professional receives a Flipkart parcel. Her colleague teases her about splurging on an expensive dress, but she quips that it’s actually a Big Billion Days steal “Kuch Bhi!” flashes on screen, setting the tone: anything can happen.

Cut to a party. Thanks to her dress, she breezes into the VIP section, dodges paparazzi, and steps into a lift only to find Alia Bhatt inside. They bond over having the same quirky phone cover from Flipkart. Moments later, Amitabh Bachchan joins them, revealing he too has the cover. The duo invite her to the party, where Mahesh Bhatt opens the doors with a tongue-in-cheek monologue, sparking playful banter with Amitabh. Inside, the star-studded madness escalates. Influencer Sakshi Shivdasani and her friend gossip about who this mystery woman is.

Comedian Anubhav Singh Bassi appears as a waiter, sharing a secret with her. Soon, she leads a hook-step dance, joined by the crowd, earning nods from Farah Khan and her cook Dilip. The move spirals into a viral trend, picked up by creators such as Ankur Warikoo and Dolly Chaiwala.

As the night winds down, she’s papped outside, only to be driven home by Alia Bhatt. The film closes on the line: This Big Billion Days, anything can happen.

What we think about it: The ad is meta in the best way, stacking Bollywood icons, influencers, and internet figures into one over-the-top film that mirrors the chaos of social media. What really works is the clever hook that carries you seamlessly from one cameo and scene to the next, keeping the viewer entertained. But with so much drama and star power, the risk is that the spectacle outshines Flipkart itself, leaving brand recall in question.

The film was rolled out across social media platforms on 29 August.
