Snapdeal has rolled out a campaign 'Nazar Atak Jaye' (your eyes get stuck), to spotlight its new offerings and deals.
The campaign consists of an ad film.
The film opens with a woman walking stiffly into a quirky clinic, her neck oddly tilted. She spots a sign at the entrance that reads“Atki Mundi Se Mukti” (Freedom from a stuck neck). Inside the waiting room, she finds others seated in the same awkward pose, all seemingly afflicted by the same condition. As she takes a seat, a fellow patient communicates through gestures, asking how her neck ended up like this. The protagonist recalls a flashback, she had turned her head sharply upon spotting someone wearing dazzling fashion, unable to take her eyes off it. Cue the catchy jingle: “Snapdeal ka fashion itna dazzling, ki nazar atak jaye!” (Snapdeal's fashion is so dazzling that it catches your eye). The film ends humorously with the doctor “treating” her by showing her Snapdeal’s latest fashion collection, instantly curing her neck.
What we think about it: Cleverly turns a physical gag into a memorable metaphor for irresistible fashion, blending humour with a clear product proposition. The quirky clinic setup and catchy jingle make for a scroll-stopping film that delivers both recall and relatability in the e-commerce fashion space.
The campaign was rolled out on 15 July across social media.
