Hyundai lists Creta's achievements over its decade-long presence

Rolls out a campaign which highlights its milestones.

Hyundai's campaign for the Creta turning 10

Hyundai Motor India has rolled out a campaign as its SUV Creta has completed 10 years in India.

First launched in 2015 with the tagline 'A Perfect SUV', the second-generation Creta was rolled out in 2020 with 'The Ultimate SUV' messaging. In 2024, the car got an update with the tagline of 'The Undisputed Ultimate SUV'.

Part of the campaign are films featuring 'Creta moments' and a master film (above) which reveals the accomplishments the car has completed over its decade in existence. The other films feature brand ambassadors like Smriti Mandhana and Pankaj Tripathi.

The films have been conceptualised by Innocean. 

What we think about it: While the campaign comprises many films to celebrate the milestone, none of them catch the attention of the viewer on the basis of the creative. The overall campaign though, has generated some noise to let car enthusiasts know about the Creta turning 10.

The campaign also consists of a user generated content contest. It invites Creta owners to share their most cherished memories with the SUV and get a chance to win a meet and greet with its brand ambassador Deepika Padukone.
